This is the Aladdin #361 Whip-O-Lite 14 inch tan shade. It was also available in white. The color refers not to the color of the shade itself, but to the color of the design on the shade. If the image had multiple colors it was referred to as "variegated". The #361 shade in both variations was sold by Aladdin in 1942 and 1943.
